Why is your Network Administrator, Controller or Secretary
pre-occupied with mundane tasks and hassles regarding your
local and telecommunication services?

Endorse TMG as your personalized one point of contact to manage your services without distractions. We provide the first 10 hours of non-accruable time each month in our monthly fee, thereafter is billable by the hour per your request.

( A ) STANDARD SERVICES includes up to 10 hrs per Month:

  • We consult with your Long Distance & Local providers and other vendor related services for account changes.
  • Review monthly billing/ switched & dedicated long distance rate charges for accuracy.
  • Negotiate rates, track credits, finance charges, volume discounts, promotions, dedicated local loop and installation fees, and other monthly recurring charges.
  • Order appropriate account activity reports: dedicated traffic study, Local Bell Company CSR/customer service reports to identify exact costs to subscribed services.
  • Coordinate telephone system and equipment programming with your vendors.

( B ) SPECIAL SERVICES ON-SITE / OFF-SITE: Billable Time:

  • Supervise, Coordinate, order, monitor installation, testing and activation of any new Long Distance or Bell Company upgrades on switched or dedicated services, agreed upon in advance by a company representative.
  • Support management with special reports, research projects, attend scheduled meetings, upgrades, PBX phone system programming changes or unresolved vendor disputes etc…(Includes phone time).
  • Out of Service condition reporting and follow-up!

( C) Comprehensive Annual Cost Reduction Analysis:

TMG will conduct a comprehensive cost reduction analysis
of all telecommunication services on all locations. Our one-
time standard fee of 40% compensation will be based on the
estimated annual savings. TMG will also provide the
following:

  • Supporting documentation on Local Dial Tone Service, Long Distance One-Plus and Toll Free Switched and Dedicated services, Internet, Travel cards, Conference Calling and other vendor and equipment charges.
  • Quotes will be submitted only with alternative service provider's we have established agreements to conduct business with, reflecting the greatest savings.
  • Compensation remittance is due in full when first full month of billing is received reflecting percentage of savings.
